01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lucky 133 platform at lucky133.click, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of Lucky 133, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the platform.

Lucky 133 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms should be read alongside the Lucky 133 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and Lucky 133.

02Eligibility

To register and use Lucky 133, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Lucky 133 does not permit access to any person under 18, regardless of the jurisdiction in which they are located.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion agreement that prohibits you from participating in online gaming or betting activities.

03Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one Lucky 133 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering on Lucky 133, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and update it promptly if any details change.
• Use a valid Pakistani mobile number that you personally own and control, as this is used for account verification and payment processing.
• Keep your account credentials — username, password, and any OTP codes — confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify Lucky 133 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your account security.

Lucky 133 may require identity verification at any point — including before processing withdrawals, when applying bonuses, or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide verification documents when requested may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as outlined in the applicable fee schedule, which is available on request via the Lucky 133 support team.

04Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on Lucky 133 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Lucky 133 does not accept foreign currency deposits or process transactions through foreign payment methods.

Accepted deposit methods on Lucky 133 include:

• JazzCash – instant deposit via registered JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa – instant deposit via registered Easypaisa mobile wallet
• NayaPay – deposit via NayaPay wallet
• SadaPay – deposit via SadaPay wallet
• IBFT Bank Transfer – interbank funds transfer from any Pakistani bank account
• Visa / Mastercard debit cards – issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount on Lucky 133 is Rs 200. There are no deposit fees charged by Lucky 133. Third-party fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside Lucky 133's control and are your responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your Lucky 133 balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Lucky 133 does not accept deposits from third parties — funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits found to originate from third-party accounts will be reversed and the account may be reviewed.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Lucky 133 balance are processed in Pakistani Rupees to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There are no fees charged by Lucky 133 on standard withdrawals. Processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically under 3 minutes for verified accounts
• NayaPay and SadaPay: typically under 10 minutes
• IBFT bank transfer: typically within 1 hour, subject to banking system availability
• Visa/Mastercard debit: up to 24 hours, subject to card issuer processing

Lucky 133 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification, if unusual account activity has been flagged, if a bonus wagering requirement has not been fully met, or if there are reasonable grounds to conduct a security review. In such cases, Lucky 133 will contact you through your registered contact details.

Withdrawals will only be processed to methods registered in your own name. Lucky 133 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

06Bonuses and Promotions

Lucky 133 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions that are published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all Lucky 133 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to players who have a fully verified Lucky 133 account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, and payment method unless the promotion explicitly states multiple claims are permitted.

07Betting Rules

All bets placed on Lucky 133 — including sports bets, PSL bets, esports bets, and any other wagering products — are governed by the following rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless Lucky 133 specifically allows cancellation within the product for which the bet was placed.
• Lucky 133 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, data feed error, or pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your balance.
• Bets placed after the relevant event has started (for pre-match markets) may be voided and the stake returned at Lucky 133's discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the current state of the event at the time of placement. Lucky 133's system applies a brief delay to in-play bet acceptance to ensure odds accuracy — bets are not accepted during this window.
• For cricket markets including PSL: if a match is abandoned without a result (including a DLS adjustment), match winner bets are voided and stakes returned. Markets settled before abandonment remain settled.
• Lucky 133 sets maximum stake and maximum payout limits per bet and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and are subject to change.

Lucky 133 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close the account of any player found to be engaging in betting patterns consistent with misuse, manipulation, or exploitation of the platform's systems.

08Casino and Games

Games available on Lucky 133 — including casino table games, jackpot slots, fishing games, crash games, and live dealer titles — are provided by licensed third-party game developers. All games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology and are independently tested for fairness.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed in the game's information panel.
• Malfunctions of any game void all plays and bets related to the malfunction. Stakes for affected rounds are returned to your balance.
• Jackpot amounts displayed in the lobby are live and growing — the displayed value is accurate at the time shown but may change by the time a jackpot is triggered.

09Responsible Gaming

10Account Suspension and Closure

Lucky 133 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of compromised payment methods
• Multiple account creation
• Abuse of bonus or promotional offers
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward Lucky 133 staff or other players

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where Lucky 133 closes an account for reasons unrelated to player breach, any available balance will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method after deducting any applicable pending bonus obligations.

You may request voluntary closure of your Lucky 133 account at any time by contacting support at support@lucky133.click. Pending bets and active bonus cycles will be settled or expired in accordance with these Terms before closure is finalised.

11Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Lucky 133 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name
• Creating accounts using false identification or on behalf of another person
• Colluding with other players in casino games or multiplayer formats
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the Lucky 133 platform
• Using VPN, proxy, or other methods to disguise your location for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions

12Intellectual Property

All content on the Lucky 133 platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, images, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of Lucky 133 or its licensed providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Lucky 133 intellectual property without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party developers such as JILI Gaming and Spadegaming remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. Lucky 133 licenses this content for player use on the platform only and does not transfer any ownership rights to players.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky 133's total liability to any player arising from or related to use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Lucky 133 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind
• Losses arising from interruption of service, technical failures, or data loss where Lucky 133 has taken reasonable steps to maintain platform availability
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or to secure your account credentials

Lucky 133 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for any losses arising from planned or unplanned maintenance, server issues, or third-party infrastructure failures.

14Privacy

Lucky 133 collects and processes personal data as described in the Lucky 133 Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information in accordance with that policy.

Lucky 133 does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Personal data is processed for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

15Amendments to These Terms

Lucky 133 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will post the updated Terms at lucky133.click/terms-conditions with a revised effective date. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via their registered email address or mobile number.

Continued use of Lucky 133 after an update to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an update, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
